Brittany Mravec has been with Element Dance Company for 10 years. She has been dancing, primarily ballet, for years in several locations around Northeast Ohio, Indiana, and Arizona. She graduated from Highland High School in 2008, and pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education and Dance from Ohio Wesleyan University. Her dance career took a turn towards Modern during college. She choreographed several pieces for the department, and entered two into the American College Dance Festival Association. She also completed an independent study entitled "Creative Movement in Early Childhood Education" and received the "Dancer of the Year" award her senior year. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan in 2012, and has been teaching both in the classroom and in the studio ever since!
